We are so sorry that you have not yet received your order yet! To speed up resolving your issue, make sure that you give us your order number.
Unfortunately, we don't have any control over it once it's been shipped. We ask that our customer checks with surrounding neighbours and the post office. 9 times out of 10 the post office is actually holding it for pick up and has incorrectly marked it as delivered.
As per our TOS, Buddha Doodles is not responsible for customs fees or international items lost via the USPS and cannot re-issue any order if an item is lost. You are always welcome to fill out a claim.
